ANSWER to 1 Absolutely, we will design a package around your personal needs and price it based on your requirements _________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION 2 Can we include our own vows and perhaps have Readers and / or Singers? ANSWER to 2 Yes, We recommend it and will help put your ideas into the proper place in the ceremony _________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION 3 Can we provide our own Clergy, Officiate, Minister, Rabbi, Priest or Notary Etc. ? ANSWER to 3 Of course, We either let them do all of the ceremony, or even assist with one of our staff to provide a Dual Ceremony. We will also arrange to either do the Rehearsal or Assist with it as you may need. We can also provide a Microphone and the music for the Ceremony, most Clergy or Notaries do not provide their own. _________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION 4 Do we need a witness to sign the license ? ANSWER to 4 Anyone present may sign the license as a witness if they are over 18 The person doing the Ceremony may sign as a witness also. _________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION 5 Do we need a Best Man or Maid of Honor to stand up with us? ANSWER to 5 You do not have to have anyone, however it is a honor to ask someone to stand up with you. _________________________________________________________________________
QUESTION 6 What happens if we plan the event outdoors and it Rains? ANSWER to 6 We try to always help you plan ahead. If you don't have a Backup plan, we have locations it can be moved indoors, we also can provide a White Tent. Perhaps you can also make arrangements where you plan to have the Reception. These are additional costs to you in most cases, to assure you of a nice wedding. _________________________________________________________________________
QUESTION 7 Who takes care of getting the State Required Marriage License? ANSWER to 7 If you live in the state of Florida, Bride and Groom must go together to the Court House or County Clerks office The License may be purchased anywhere in the State of Florida and is Valid to use anywhere in the State. If you live in Florida, the license has a 3 day waiting period on it, arrange to get it as early as possible It is ok to get it up to 30 days ahead of time for your wedding. License Cost is just under $100, no personal checks are accepted by the License Branch Only Cash or Money Order If you live out of Florida you need to arrive a day early to obtain the license. If you live out of Florida and need assistance we can sometimes assist in getting the license. There is additional cost if we assist you in getting the license. We try to encourage you to simply arrive early and get it your self. _________________________________________________________________________
QUESTION 8 We are actually already legally married, we just want to have a nice wedding with family and friends. Can that be arranged? ANSWER to 8 Yes, It is very common. Everything is just the same except the Decorative License we provide to you will simply say Renewal of Vows. _________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION 9 Are we able to get the Negatives of our Wedding Pictures? ANSWER to 9 We always give them to you along with your Professional Photo Package We actually do not want to try to keep track of them and prefer to give them to you instead. _________________________________________________________________________ QUESTION 10 How do we Reserve a Wedding Date and Ceremony Time with you? ANSWER to 10 We can Reserve a Time and Date with Simply a $100 Deposit. This deposit will apply to whatever service we provide for you. If you wish to Reserve a Photographer or Video person each require an additional $100 Deposit to lock your event on their calendar. These Deposits may be made in advance even if you do not have a specific package decided on or even have a location picked out yet. The deposit is Simply holding the Date and Staff for the event, all decisions may be made at a later date as to the actual location and needs. Deposits may be made on the phone by Master Card or Visa, or May be Mailed to our PO Box Mailing address Just call and Reserve your Date prior to sending your check. We have a Large Staff of Clergy, Photographers and Video people all Professionals in Weddings.
QUESTION 11 Do we charge Fees for assisting with a Location, and how do we find out more about the 200 Locations that you mention in your advertising?
ANSWER to 11 We have always assisted in giving you ideas for locations at no charge. We usually just give you some ideas of locations based on what you are looking for. So you can go around and see them by yourself. When you find a location you like we don't get in the middle of obtaining it. You deal direct with the location. This method has worked well for everyone concerned. If you really need assistance we will make arrangements with you on a personal basis. Fees could be involved if we actually assist in obtaining the location.
